- Here is how we get you set up -
STEP 1
Signal Check
A representative will perform a site evaluation to confirm if your business is suitable for Broadband Telecom’s service. If your offices are serviceable. the representative will let you know what packages and speeds are available.
STEP 2
Installation
A Broadband Telecom installation representative will determine the best location in your office for optimal signal and speed. Installation of the wireless antenna will take anywhere between 1 and 3 hours to get you set up.
STEP 3
Getting Connected
After installation is complete the Broadband Telecom representative will set up the provided WiFi router and assist you with connecting your devices. You may elect to configure your own WIFI router or you can use one of ours.
